About Bellow Seal Globe Valve:
A bellow seal globe valve is a type of valve designed to provide a hermetic seal to prevent any leakage of the fluid being controlled. Working Principle:
The disc’s movement and the bellows’ flexibility are key components of a bellow seal globe valve’s operation. The disk presses on the seat of the valve when it is closed, preventing fluid passage. When the handwheel or actuator is spun, the stem and attached disc are raised, enabling fluid to pass through the valve body and opening the valve.
The metallic bellows expand and contract with the movement of the disc, preserving a hermetic seal around the stem. No fluid escapes along the stem thanks to this smooth movement that doesn’t compromise the seal’s integrity.
