About Control valve:
A control valve is a power-operated valves which is used to regulate or maintain the flow of fluids, such as gas, oil, water, and steam. Unlike basic on/off valves, these valves enable precise adjustment of flow rates to maintain desired process variables, such as temperature, pressure, level, or flow rate, at specified set points. These valves work by modulating the flow of fluid through the valve in response to signals from a controller, which continuously compares the actual process variable with the desired set point.

Working Operation:
Most of the valves with works with an actuator whether electronic or pnuematic. This is how the control valve works the working begins with a sensor that continuously monitors the process variable set point, which could be temperature, pressure, flow rate, or another relevant parameter. The sensor detects any deviations from the desired set point. The sensor sends the measured process variable data to a transmitter, which converts it into a standardized signal. The transmitter then sends this signal to a controller. The controller then compares the actual process variable with the desired set point and calculates the required adjustment. Based on the comparison the it set signals. The control signal is transmitted to the final control element, which is the control valve in this case. The control valve manipulates the flow of fluid in the pipeline according to the received control signal. By adjusting the position of the valve’s closure element (such as a plug, ball, or disc). The process variable is continuously monitored, and any changes are fed back to the controller. The controller adjusts the control signal as needed to maintain stable and accurate control over the process variable.
